RUDE Glitter Primer
Rude Glitter Primer's formula is creamy yet non-sticky, and will keep your glitter where you want it to be. Apply easily with either a brush or even your finger tip. While primer is still moist, tap glitter to desired area and sweep off excess after a few seconds. Perfect for all skin types and occasions.
